Our customers have the right
to expect no lost sales in power steering. We offer the
industry's best catalog coverage (paper and electronic) with
over 2,000 automotive SKU's, and we have a full-line heavy duty
division as well. We offer an extremely competitive
overnight freight program tailored specifically to reduce lost
sale opportunities for our customers. We very rarely
obsolete any given part number, as over 15% of our sales are for
vehicles in excess of 20 years old. On the rare occasion a
part is out of stock, we offer R&R with an average turn-around
time of 48 hours. These are high-margin sales
opportunities for our customers, that help them become and
maintain "first call" status with their customers. |

Our customers have the right to expect high order
fill rates, and speedy order turn-around times. Our
customer stock orders ship in excess of 97%, and our single
shipment order fill rate exceeds 99%. We turn most orders
in 24 to 48 hours. We can accept your orders via phone,
fax, or EDI and we will transmit your invoices, advanced
shipping notifications, etc. in whatever medium your business
requires.

for non-rebuildable automotive cores. We understand that
you have already given your customers their credit. We
