RACK AND PINION
This is not your ordinary remanufactured rack and pinion unit. Every component is inspected and then remanufactured, and often replaced with new, so the finished unit will always meet our performance and quality standards.
All rack shafts are reconditioned to an OE type finish to assure extended seal life. New seal packs are installed to assure optimum performance. Port threads are inspected and new O-rings are provided to ensure leakproof installation.
Each unit is installed on a unique steering dynamometer, and tested for pressure, flow control, valve operation, and smooth power assist.
